Four phases, from first briefing to ongoing monitoring.

Resilion finds the systemic and systematic risks your current models miss, shows you how large they are, and gives you specific actions to manage them, each with its costs and benefits. Today this comes as advisory support, with a software tool in development to make it repeatable and yours to keep using. Each engagement is scoped to end in a decision your leadership teams can act on.

The four-phase engagement.

Phase 1 — Training

An introduction to the methodology and the complexity-science framework behind it, delivered to the C-suite, senior management and investment teams and tailored to your context. Deliverable: training sessions and materials your governance bodies can reuse.

Phase 2 — Risk identification and assessment

A structured process led by Resilion with your team. Available data on your business and operating environment is ingested into the tool, assessed and synthesised into an overview of current systemic and systematic exposures at portfolio, industry or company level. Deliverable: the assessment output via the tool, supplemented where appropriate by a written report.

Phase 3 — Remediation planning

An advisory phase that converts findings into decisions: what identified exposures mean, the implications of acting and of not acting, and where engagement with regulators, industry bodies or other stakeholders in the relevant industries advances systemic change. Where precautionary action is unavailable, the focus shifts to adaptive capacity: strengthening your ability to respond when shocks materialise. Deliverable: a prioritised action plan.

Phase 4 — Cockpit

An ongoing view of developments in your external environment relevant to identified exposures, and of your progress against agreed actions. The picture updates as the environment changes. Deliverable: a tool-based cockpit with risk and action tracking.

A full four-phase cycle typically runs six to eight weeks, followed by ongoing Cockpit access.

A ranked list of what could break, why, and what to do about it.

Every engagement produces a decision-ready systemic vulnerability assessment: your most material structural vulnerabilities in priority order, the shock mechanisms that could activate them, and the management actions required to reduce them, internal and external. It is written so your leadership teams can decide from the document alone.

The entry engagement

The Resilience Review.

A six-to-eight-week diagnostic for the board, committee or leadership team accountable for the decision. It covers four elements: a vulnerability map of the industries in your scope; a hidden-concentration review; a resilience sufficiency assessment, including governance; and a prioritised action plan.

The review answers a question most organisations currently cannot answer with confidence: whether the resilience activity you can point to is sufficient against the systemic risks those industries actually face.

Advisory built on the same foundations.

Alongside the core engagement, Resilion advises on risk management, regulatory and sustainability matters, and on resilience and adaptation finance: the design, structuring and evaluation of financing instruments linked to physical climate risk and adaptation outcomes.

Delivery team.

Engagements are led personally by the founder and delivered with a complexity scientist and a quantitative modeller. Academic collaborators support methodology development and validation.
